Why people will fear something?
what is the true reason of fearing something?

 I believe people are worry about the "result"

惧怕死亡是因为对死后会发生什么感觉未知，
类似对黑暗的惧怕，是因为眼睛看不见黑暗之中藏着什么，

害怕被针扎因为知道被扎之后会有疼痛产生，
害怕向一个女生表白，是因为害怕被拒绝以后的那种难堪和失望，
害怕在公众前发言，是因为害怕自己说错了什么，被人笑话

这一切害怕的根源，其实都是来自自身，
物质上的，是
心理上的，也是

想要克服这些害怕，先要学会和自己做朋友，取得互相的信任，
信任了自己，自己也信任了你，
就不会互相吓唬互相。
